REFLEXOLOGY

This is a powerful holistic complementary therapy treatment, based on the principle that reflex points on the soles, tops and sides of the feet are connected to corresponding areas throughout the body.

The feet are seen as a map of the body. Using gentle, relaxing massage techniques and stimulating specific pressure points on the feet enables the body to function correctly and maintain a balance between the body's various systems. This promotes the body's own healing ability, which increases energy levels and gives a feeling of well being.

A few years ago after working in the natural health Industry I followed my heart and went back to college and studied Holistic Therapies. This has led to the most rewarding and fulfilling period of my life.
I meet so many wonderful and interesting people, the doors just keep opening to more experiances and knowings both for myself and clients.
Reflexology is such a powerful, positive and relaxing Therapy on its own but I offer to combine either EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) or Aqua Foot Detox Treatments with reflexology if needed.

REIKI

Reiki is an ancient Tibetan Healing Technique that enhances physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health by channelling life-force energy to where the body needs it.

Reiki is carried out with the client clothed and usually lying down. The Healer puts her hands on specific areas of the body (chakras), bringing energy through her to the client. The experience is unique for everyone and will vary from session to session.

The Aqua detox system provides a pleasant and relaxing way for the body to achieve detoxification. The aim is to restore function within the organs of elimination: the liver, kidneys, bowels, lungs, skin and the lymphatic system. The act of cleansing just one of these organs or systems can have a beneficial and profound effect on a variety of conditions. Enhanced benefits can be achieved when combined with massage, especially manual lymphatic drainage.

Improved microcirculation means a healthier body. Through the use of Aquadetox, you can rapidly assist in the detoxification and re-balance of your body. The system plays an important part in regulating both the supply of oxygen and nutrients to the tissues, as well as proper excretion of waste products (toxins) out of the body.

Generally, if you are in good health, 5-6 treatments would be recommended to provide a good initial detoxification of the body and its systems. Some people may feel the benefits after just one session, whereas for others it may take at least five before they feel any different.
